1. Qué datos se tratan
- Nombre y pronombre. Los escribís al inicio del test. Se usan en tu navegador para personalizar el resultado. No se envían a ningún servidor, salvo lo indicado en el punto 3.
- Respuestas del test. Se procesan completamente en tu navegador. No se guardan ni se transmiten.
- Correo electrónico. Solo si lo entregás voluntariamente en el formulario del resultado. Es opcional: el test, el resultado y las imágenes funcionan sin dejarlo.
- Industria y nivel de rol. Los seleccionás al terminar el test. Se usan de forma agregada para entender cómo se distribuyen los perfiles, y viajan junto a tu correo únicamente si decidís enviarlo.
- Datos de uso agregados. Analítica anónima: país, dispositivo, navegador, páginas vistas y eventos de uso (por ejemplo "test iniciado" o "test completado", junto con el perfil resultante y el idioma). Estos registros no permiten identificarte ni se cruzan con tu correo.
2. Para qué se usan
- Mostrar y personalizar tu resultado.
- Enviarte tu reporte y, si corresponde, comunicaciones relacionadas con el Business Builder Index. Podés pedir la baja en cualquier momento.
- Entender cómo se usa la herramienta y mejorarla, a partir de métricas agregadas.
3. Con quién se comparte
- Formspree (Estados Unidos): recibe tu correo, tu nombre y apellido, tu perfil de resultado, tu industria y tu nivel de rol cuando enviás el formulario.
- Vercel (Estados Unidos): alojamiento del sitio.
- Plausible Analytics (Unión Europea): analítica web sin cookies. Mide visitas y eventos de uso de forma anónima; no usa identificadores persistentes ni te sigue entre sitios.
- Google Analytics (Estados Unidos): analítica web que usa cookies. Solo se activa si aceptás el banner de cookies; si lo rechazás, no se carga.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr y cdnjs: al cargar la página, tu dirección IP es visible para estos proveedores, como ocurre en cualquier sitio que use recursos externos.
No se venden ni se ceden tus datos con fines publicitarios.
4. Transferencia internacional
Los servidores de los proveedores mencionados están fuera de Costa Rica, principalmente en Estados Unidos. Al usar el sitio y al enviar tu correo, aceptás ese tratamiento.
5. Cookies
El sitio no usa cookies propias de publicidad. Usa cookies analíticas de Google Analytics únicamente si aceptás el banner de consentimiento que aparece al entrar. Podés rechazarlas desde ese banner (o borrando los datos del sitio en tu navegador); en ese caso solo se usa Plausible, que no utiliza cookies. Tu elección se recuerda en tu navegador.
6. Cuánto tiempo se conservan
Tu correo se conserva hasta que pidas eliminarlo. Los datos agregados de analítica se conservan según la política de retención del proveedor.
7. Tus derechos
Podés solicitar acceso, rectificación, actualización o eliminación de tus datos, y revocar tu consentimiento, escribiendo a info@findio.app. Se responde dentro de los plazos previstos por la Ley N.º 8968 de Protección de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales.
8. Menores
El sitio no está dirigido a personas menores de 18 años y no se recolectan datos de menores de forma consciente.
9. Cambios
Cualquier cambio se publica en esta misma página, con una nueva fecha de actualización.

1. What data is processed
- Name and pronoun. You type them at the start of the test. They are used in your browser to personalize your result. They are not sent to any server, except as noted in point 3.
- Test answers. Processed entirely in your browser. They are not stored or transmitted.
- Email address. Only if you provide it voluntarily in the result form. It is optional: the test, the result and the images work without it.
- Industry and role level. You select them at the end of the test. They are used in aggregate to understand how profiles are distributed, and they travel with your email only if you choose to submit it.
- Aggregated usage data. Anonymous analytics: country, device, browser, page views and usage events (for example "test started" or "test completed", along with the resulting profile and language). These records do not identify you and are not cross-referenced with your email.
2. What it is used for
- Display and personalize your result.
- Send you your report and, where applicable, communications related to the Business Builder Index. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand how the tool is used and improve it, based on aggregated metrics.
3. Who it is shared with
- Formspree (United States): receives your email, your first and last name, your result profile, your industry and your role level when you submit the form.
- Vercel (United States): site hosting.
- Plausible Analytics (European Union): cookieless web analytics. Measures visits and usage events anonymously; it uses no persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites.
- Google Analytics (United States): web analytics that uses cookies. It only activates if you accept the cookie banner; if you reject it, it does not load.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs: when the page loads, your IP address is visible to these providers, as happens on any site that uses external resources.
Your data is not sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
4. International transfer
The servers of the mentioned providers are located outside Costa Rica, mainly in the United States. By using the site and submitting your email, you accept that processing.
5. Cookies
The site does not use its own advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics analytics cookies only if you accept the consent banner shown on entry. You can reject them from that banner (or by clearing the site data in your browser); in that case only Plausible is used, which does not use cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
6. How long it is kept
Your email is kept until you request its deletion. Aggregated analytics data is kept according to the provider's retention policy.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data, and revoke your consent, by writing to info@findio.app. Requests are answered within the timeframes set by Law No. 8968 on the Protection of the Individual with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data.
8. Minors
The site is not directed at people under 18 and no data from minors is knowingly collected.
9. Changes
Any change is published on this same page, with a new update date.
